Have had back pain for 20 years was finally diagnosed with spinal stenosis, Have seen a pain management doctor who did injections three times, went to PT both land and water with no improvement. Some of the PT land treatments did relieve some pain but was not lasting. Naproxin 500 mg does help some but have had to limit my activities, using a rollator for mobility. Surgeon will not operate due to my age and bone condition. I am learning to live with it.
