Fell down a flight of stairs December 2014. I have had 3 sessions of physical therapy with no improvement. I have been to a chiropractor, have had massages, used a tens unit, steroid injections in my back and both hips as it is my hips that really pain me. I've had 3 rounds of steroid injections in the last year and I'm scheduled for another one in December. I'm not happy with this type of treatment but no one is suggesting anything else. They do tell me surgery is not a necessary option.
