hetrniated 26 years ago now its black discs and arthritis doctor said nothing he can do have been physical therapy patient on and off for the entire 26 years......pool therapy for the last 5 years I use a tenz and heating pad 80% of the day just to function......cant take any meds they make me want to puke only morphine works and its only once in a while when I cant stand up any more wont take regularly they dont perscribe it ......my experience has not been pleasant by any means I just deal with it.
