HAVE BEEN TO A CHIROPRACTOR HE SAID I HAD SPONDYLITIS IN THE THORAIC REGION OF MY BACK, HAVE HAD VERY LITTLE PAIN RELIEF, ONLY FROM REST,ICE PACKS AND BRACING. PAIN IN A LOCALIZE PLACE IN MY SPINE. ALSO HAVE OSTEOARTHRITIS IN MY KNEES,OSTEOBI FLEX HELPS THAT, BUT DOES NOT HELP THORAIC PAIN. CAN NOT BE VERY ACTIVE AT ALL. ANY SUGGESTIONS
