Have suffered chronic back pain since my teenage years. Went to a chiropracter and did psysiotherapy for a while but that did absolutely nothing. Massages just feel good in the moment, they don't offer any relief during the rest of your life when you're NOT on the massage table. TONS of people and professionals recommended stretching to me, but it seemed similar to massage: offering only temporary relief.

I enthusiastically tried the Ghokhale posture method. It has permanently influenced my posture for the better, but in the absence of one-on-one coaching in the method I was unable to figure out all of the techniques and so I would still occassionally experience back pain.

But I finally found a TOTAL solution, something which COMPLETELY eliminitated my back pain: Working hard, physically demanding jobs. I guess this goes under the "Strengthening Excercise" category. Work your back HARD, and in a week or two your back pain will be gone! Serious.
