Water therapy, inversion table, and core exercise have helped but nothing takes the pain totally away. I had injections in 2004 - 2005 and they helped. They were done by Dr Sutherland in Tyler,TX and was doing fine until 2014. I have 3 curves in my back from scoliosis. I am 4" shorter than I was when I was 18 years old. I need to have injections in the top curve that is close to my neck but having issues with the insurance we have now.
