In December of 2013, I fell backwards down 13 Rey steep steps and cracked my T-11 vertebrae. I have nursed it or over 2 1/2 years, and it is somewhat better (I used to cry from the pain when in the shower, or wlkg or methane a few steps), but I am still sore and in pain most of the time!
