I'm a professional dancer n fitness instructor. I was also a master trainer n now own my own studio. I was in two bad car accidents. The first one could have killed me n put me so far behind that every area in my body suffered. It took yrs before I started noticing improvement n then I was in another accident. That made everything worse than ever. When you compensate n half ass everything cuz of one injured area, other areas start suffering as well, Like feet n knees n hips, etc.
