Struggling with compressed nerves lumbar area for more than twelve years. Sometimes epidurals in Miami worked. Epidurals in The Villages-Leesburg area have not worked. Laminectomy worked, five years ago, but somehow enhanced neuropathy ensued with pins and needles and decreased balance, feet and ankles and legs. Pain now returned one month ago, right hip, right waist, right inner thigh, right groin, and radiates down to the right leg. Epidural treatment did not work. RF treatment did not work and made it worse. Tylenol improves the condition but only temporarily. I had min. invasive surgery (2 separate levels, one at a time) at the Laser Spine Institute in Tampa. Neither surgery worked. They charged almost 10K per lumbar disc level. Neither of the levels was the one causing the pain. Chiropractor was a joke. Taking Gabapentin for neuropathy.
