I'm a nurse!

Years of walking concrete, lifting etc.

Then in last 7 yrs

Husband immobilized with Parkinson's....

Now has DBS

So better not so much tugging, lifting, carrying weight he could not

Fracture Of "tailbone" from fall

Water exercise and deep tissue bring most relief

Not sweeping motion when I can avoid.

Ginger takes the edge off

I don't do any medication unless it's excruciating.

That makes it worse. Constipation causes pressure from inside

I take flax seed and Miroprx as needed
