Treatment Ratings

    Almost Cured
    Rest, Heat
NSAIDs - Anti Inflammatory drugs, TENS/Electrical Stimulation, Strengthening Exercises, Stretching, Weight loss, Acetaminophen, Brace
    Not Improved
    Chiropractor, Physical Therapy, Inversion Table

I have gone to the chiropractor for treatment they have recommended strengthening exercises as well as stretching. I've also done the inversion table, and it actually cost more pain than I was in originally as well as with back adjustments. I ended up going to my general practitioner and he provided me with muscle relaxers to release some of the tension. Over all my pain is still continuous through different stages of my life depending on my activity level. I continue to use Tylenol and muscle relaxers as needed.
