What helped the most was Spinal Fusion (eliminated the debilitating pain in left leg), The Gokhale Method

October 2013 started have debilitating pain in left buttock, hip, leg. December 2013 diagnosed with a synovial cyst grown between facet joint at L4-5 and was pressing against nerve root. Tried acupuncture, massage, chiropractor, ice, heat, rest, all provided temporary relief only at time I was doing these things, after that pain returned immediately. May 2014, open back surgery to include lumbar fusion @ L4-5. After surgery leg pain was gone but was left with lumber pain, neck, shoulder, hip pain. I'm a fitness trainer so I rehabbed myself to be able to function to do my job with stretching and what little exercise my body could handle to build back my endurance. I stopped my pain meds six months post surgery so I could function without the drugs which were making me have crazy thoughts, including suicidal thoughts. I was having a hard time with a lot of pain but refused to get back on the narcotics so I dealt with pain every waking hour. July 2015, I discovered The Gokhale Method, bought the book and then took The Gokhale Method Foundations course for Posture Modification. After implementing the Gokhale Method into my life and changing my posture, the way I sit, lay down, bend, walk, and learning how to use healthy posture 24/7 I started to feel immediate pain relief! I was overjoyed! Learning the Gokhale Method gave me back my active life which is my livelihood! Being in the wellness industry as my profession, I decided to become a teacher for The Gokhale Method so that I could help so many others who suffer from pain related to poor back health. It saved me and now I can help save others! It is the most rewarding thing I have ever done!
