Discs bad and osteoporosis causes me to have pain in back 24/7. I do yoga every morning and some light weight bearing exercises. I have really bad days with few good days I between. I had MRI and neurosurgeon says nothing to do about my spine. I am lucky I have no nerve pain. So, I deal with it for n a day to day basis. It's hard to watch my 4 month old granddaughter 2 times per week but I do it. Chiropractor helped for awhile but not anymore- all doctors just say aging.
