I had a MRI on my back and my Primary Dr. sent me to a Pain Management Doctor who just gave me a bunch of oral medicines that just helped with the pain, but did nothing about the condition. Then, my Primary Dr. sent me to Physical Therapy which helped more than anything else I had tried. The back stretching on the table really helped the pain the most, but only temporarily. Asparin seems to help the inflammation some.
