I have spinal osteoarthritis cervical to lumbar, I have reverse lordosis in my neck along with cervical stenosis and sputs and lumbar S1 S2 S3 stenosis and spurs I also have spurs from cervical to lumbar spine I use NSAIDS does not seem to help much, I had physical therapy which caused the pain to worsen, I also had cortisone injections and lumbar injections which helped for about 3 days and then the pain seemed to return worse than before the injections.
