I developed spinal stenosis and bone spurs. I had lumbar surgery then 6 months later a neck fusion. My neck is doing well, but I am having continuing issues with my lower back. Constant pain, in my back, hips and legs. I have great docs, but we are having a hard time resolving the lower back issue. Working on losing weight, which I gain from all the downtime and inactivity - a very vicious circle - painful to workout, but have a tough time losing weight without working out - I know losing weight will help relieve the pain. Very frustrating.
