    Chiropractor, Heat, Spinal Fusion Surgery

Problems started as a teenager an continually grew worse. Took muscle relaxants and had chiropractor treatments. Finally took epidurals and had spinal fusion of L1-L4. Helped some then got worse again. Have used Tens, done rehab exercises, still take epidurals every 6 months to 1 year. Some relief. Occasionally take pain pills. Often walk witch cane and can not walk very far.
