I had a herniated disc from my autoimmune disorder called ankylosing spondylitis. Multiple treatments work tried including Gabapentin, physical therapy and others listed above. After two years of suffering with severe pain and neuropathy I had the district. It relieved all of the symptoms and my back had no symptoms until I turned 48 and I am experiencing the neuropathy and the back pain again. I have another herniated disc and spinal stenosis
