I've had over 20 years into this with also having been born with spinal bifida, stenosis, & scoliosis. Though unaware of that till age 27. The"up's", within all this recovery, that of which continues today. I believe after part of my right hip donated & 6.5 pounds of steel & titanium, 9 screws attached to my spine. Had I never had surgery & consistency in therapy. Natural strengthening. And my body been catered to in the details of each problematic area. I'd of potentially been stronger. Pain free. Been enabled to prolong being a contributing citizen & productive bread winner for myself & family. Rather then "retired", in pain. Struggling for "will", alone. Much less anything else. I feel robbed & cheated. As if I was a Ginny pig.
