Still working on best course of treatment for bone spur in spine that's pushing against the nerves. Ibuprofen to begin with but caused stomach distress and short term relief, solan pas pads also provided short term relief but helped. Chiropractor would be great right after treatment then next day back to pain so stopped after 7 treatments. Physical therapy too expensive with my insurance so doing at home relief exercise per doctor's instructions. Taking hydrocodone with acetaminophen as needed for pain when I need to get work done or go to work. Cortisone shot felt wonderful for a full 3 days; absolutely no pain but didn't last at all. Will be looking into supplemental relief as I'm told by a herbalist that the spur can be dissolved. We'll see. If not minor surgery to remove bone spur.
