Was doing Bikram hot yoga and had someone go out, was seeing a chirp and still doing yoga, got a bit better. Then quit all activity and felt much better. Saw a Soma educated massage therapist and was lice magic on my right side. Still have issues when I sit, stand or lay too long. New mattress topper and shoe inserts helped some. Would love to not wake up to tight shoulders and some mornings sharp pain in lower back
