Had a cervical fusion which has healed fine. Turns out my neck and head pain is myofascial pain. I have tried PT with some relief. Also myofascial release therapy and accupuncture. Very costly though. My lower back pain started a year ago after doing isometric exercises sitting on an exercise ball. Turns out I have a herniated disc in my lumbar area and scoliosis. Am in pain most of the time. Under the care now of a pain management practice, just started a prednisone taper, so hope it will help.
