"Genetics loads the gun, lifestyle pulls the trigger" 20+ years of pain. Off and on at first. Hit by a car at 15, laid up for three months. Poor gait after that. (PT not widely available back then). OA, DDD. 1 hip replaced and need the other one replaced. ALIF 360 L5-S1 with instrumentation. One year later, extruded L4-L5, bilateral. Both exiting NR are compressed. Massive scar tissue encasing descending S1 nerve. Piriformis syndrome rt side. Recent 33 visits working on core, posture. (the whole 9 yards of PT)

Enjoy clinical massages and hot tub. neurosurgeon says not a candidate for any more surgeries due to epidural fibrosis PM trying to sell me a spinal stimulator now they want to sell me a HF10.

Any activity will worsen my condition and put me in a wheelchair within 2 years.
