I have had chronic lower back pain for over 20 years. Each type of treatment helps for a while, but never for long. I have pain every day. It takes a constant ritual of stretching, chiropractic, exercise, vitamins, massage, ete to keep working each day. Some things help take the edge off. The chronic pain wears me down mentally and physically, but I keep pushing on...wish every day I could find something that would give me relief.
