I suffer from disc degenerative disease & had a spinal fusion 4 years ago to replace broken disc in my lower back area. I literally wasn't able to walk so they needed to schedule an emergency surgery! The surgery helped me walk again for sure but the pain has worsened in my left side down my leg for the last 2 years. I tried physical therapy & all sorts of treatments but they were only temporary. The only things that help are massages, heat & enough rest!
