Scoliosis found at age 15, no bracing, 1st pregnancy at 18, 3 more followed. Lower back pain worsening with age. Chiropractor diagnosis is Sacroiliac Joint instability/disfunction at age 45, given strengthening exercises and tens treatments with muscle manipulation. Finally improving and using SI stability belt when needed. Motrin 800 still used for inflammation.
