Pain off and on since 2008; artho. knee surgery left knee; PT 2-3 times since then, epidural cortisone injections, can play tennis ok; can't sit for long because standing up is painful and I hunch over until I can stretch to straighten up to walk normally. If I do too much gardening, I am in pain then need to soak in hot bubble bath and/or place heating pad under lower back area and esp. right hip. Not fun.
