Treatment Ratings

    Almost Cured
    Epidural, Cortisone Injection
    Improved
    Heat
    Not Improved
TENS/Electrical Stimulation, Stretching, Acetaminophen, Rest, NSAIDs - Anti Inflammatory drugs
    Worsened
    Massage, Physical Therapy

The epideral worked pretty well and another treatment that I forget the name of, not a TENS unit, but patches with electrodes that would contract and release the muscles of my back and it had an additional function which I also have forgotten. When I was having massage at our hospital's PT unit I would walk into the appt. and could barely walk out after they were done with me. Also, I believe that something is wrong a little higher up in my back and have said so a couple of times, but without convincing my doctors of my suspicions.
