I've had sciatica pain for over a year. Pain that for the most part radiates down my right side thru my hip, thigh to my knee to halfway down my shin. I've tried several epidurals, spinal steroid injections with pain medication. I've also been going to PT twice a week for months including massage. Nothing works. I was told by two of my three doctors that it's time for surgery according to my MRI, since I've tried so many options.
