I had an amazing experience at Laser Spine Institute.

For 8 years I suffered with back pain. At first it was infrequent, intense flare-ups that lasted for a day or two. After two years, surgeons in my area stated that surgery wasn't warranted and that I should wait until I couldn't take it anymore.

Flash forward 6 years through tons of physical therapy, steroid shots, nerve blocks and countless hours of chiropractic visits not to mention unbearable antinflamatory and pain meds of all flavors, I finally realized it was time. I went back to my surgeon of choice and heard the same old song and dance. "We would do more harm than good if we operate and there would be a 50/50 chance that you'd not return to anything remotely normal and still have pain."

From what I was told by surgeons that I believed, there was nothing that could be done to relieve my pain except what I'd been doing for 6 years.

Two years later, I talked to a coworker that had low back surgery at Laser Spine Institute and his wife had her neck repaired there. Both were back to 100% within 3 months. I called for a free MRI review and was treated with dignity and respect from the initial call. I sent a copy of my recent MRI and received a call the next day that I was 100% a candidate for the procedure. Scheduling was made and travel arrangements were completed. I had surgery on December 16th 2015 and had 12 week recovery period. Today I am 100% pain free.

After 8 years of total anguish, I'm back to 98% full capacity. (It would be 100% but I gained about 25 pounds in recovery period).

The people at Laser Spine Institute are committed to their jobs and customer service is top teir. I'd say patient care because I never once felt like a customer. My wife and I were made to feel like family from every single person we contacted. From the first call to leaving for home the very next day. I have recommended several church friends and coworkers to LSI and will continue to do so.

You do not have to put surgery off because a surgeon says it can be done by conventional surgery; these surgeons are limited by the procedures they perform. Laser Spine Institue is the real deal and take pain seriously. They also CURED my pain, not just mask it with shots or lessen it with medication. I have my life back and cannot say thank you enough. I could go on for days about how wonderful the whole process is but I'm out of room now.
