About 2 years ago I started having what I suspected was sciatic nerve pain. My medical Dr. did not think it was and had me have an mri which showed spinal stenosis. I started going to a chiropractor and after a couple of months and loosing 15 or 20 pounds felt pretty much back to normal. I am now having pain again but it is diferent and I can hardly sit for very long without being in miserable especially in the car. I started doing a lot of stretching and taking advil and get some relieve. I don't want to have surgery at 60 years old and I am willing to try anything to try to avoid it.
