I was diagnosed with degenerative disc disease and bulging disk of L3 and L4. For the past 4 months I have tried PT, anti-inflammatory meds, strechingn, cortisone shots, and most recently a procedure called radiofrequency Ablation. The cortisone shots only lasted 5 days max for me and the pain came back. So far the radiofrequency Ablation has had the same result. It's really frustrating to have pain you can't control and seems nothing you try helps the pain.
