Until the Gokhale Method Classes, I was very limited. My foot &/or feet were numb. Had neuropathic events. Lower & Upper Back were set off by the slightest action. I have always been a very active/strong person and needed help from my spouse. My arms were affected, so I couldn't work on the computer except for short stints. Currently, I am working on improving my ability to drive for longer periods with the library videos provided by Gokhale University. I wish this was a standard PT so others can avoid surgery and mobility limitations.

The Gokhale Method is the first thing that has helped me long term. What I love about it is that can apply the postural changes (that include stretching and muscle strengthening) to all my daily activities (standing, sitting, lying, walking, bending). It has improved my overall posture and I am increasingly less in pain.
