Until the Gokhale Method Classes, I was very limited. My foot &/or feet were numb. Had neuropathic events. Lower & Upper Back were set off by the slightest action. I have always been a very active/strong person and needed help from my spouse. My arms were affected, so I couldn't work on the computer except for short stints. Currently, I am working on improving my ability to drive for longer periods with the library videos provided by Gokhale University. I wish this was a standard PT so others can avoid surgery and mobility limitations.

There's always some slight reminder pain running down my right leg; it never completely disappears but I have learned to manage the pain. Exercise helps, especially the Gokhale Method and Pilates.

Gohkale method is the best thing that's ever happened to me. Instead of taking time out of daily activities tostre green my core or stretch my hamstrings, I do it all during normal daily activities. It's like my house chores have become my workout!
