My back pain stems from tearing my cruciate ligament which the doctors refused to repair because they would not believe that it was the cause of my back pain. I have been gradually improving over the last ten years.

Walking vigorously for 30+ minutes, at least three to six times a week, as taught by the Gokhale Method, i.e., Primal Posture walking. Raising heart rate up to 150-160 bpm, from a resting heart rate of 60 bpm. Will start cycling again, as time permits. Still working full-time. Longest ride was the Around the Bay in a day - 210 km - in 2012. Several 100 km rides since, but busy at work. No help needed at present. Physiotherapy has by largely useless. The Gokhale Method is the only process that has worked. Please don't pitch anything else.
