Walking vigorously for 30+ minutes, at least three to six times a week, as taught by the Gokhale Method, i.e., Primal Posture walking. Raising heart rate up to 150-160 bpm, from a resting heart rate of 60 bpm. Will start cycling again, as time permits. Still working full-time. Longest ride was the Around the Bay in a day - 210 km - in 2012. Several 100 km rides since, but busy at work. No help needed at present. Physiotherapy has by largely useless. The Gokhale Method is the only process that has worked. Please don't pitch anything else.

Until the Gokhale Method Classes, I was very limited. My foot &/or feet were numb. Had neuropathic events. Lower & Upper Back were set off by the slightest action. I have always been a very active/strong person and needed help from my spouse. My arms were affected, so I couldn't work on the computer except for short stints. Currently, I am working on improving my ability to drive for longer periods with the library videos provided by Gokhale University. I wish this was a standard PT so others can avoid surgery and mobility limitations.
