    This is like a nagging headache that begins and builds during the day. I have a workout routine developed via Gokhle Method that I complete every day except major exercise days--long hikes and skiing.

    Gokhle has been instrumental in increasing the amount of activity over time and eliminating NASIds from my diet.

    Significantly, her decompression techniques provide recovery mechanisms that have allowed me to extend hours of higher activity.

    It effects life in many aspects. Can never make plans and know your going to do it. End up isolated in the house. Then the depression comes. Im 1 1/2 miles in the woods and away from anything! But I can also go for walks regardless of worrying if anyones going to see me looking like crap. Not many travel out this way. I know PT exercises and am preparing a weight room. Im also opiate dependant.
