    Between the fatigue from RA and fibromyalgia I have no energy or stamina. It hurts to walk and bend. Just trying to keep my house clean is a chore. I rarely go out to socialize.

    The Gokhale Method is the first thing that has helped me long term. What I love about it is that can apply the postural changes (that include stretching and muscle strengthening) to all my daily activities (standing, sitting, lying, walking, bending). It has improved my overall posture and I am increasingly less in pain.
