I work 2 jobs. I started eating healthier and lost 59 pounds last year and still losing. My pain is not going to win. I start every day with a long hot shower. I stay busy all day and yes it hurts but stretching helps. If I am negative my pain seems worse. There are days I over do it and the pain is unbearable the next day. Hot shower and off to work I go. I suffered for over 5 years before I got a diagnoses, thinking I was actually crazy. Heat and ice helps too. I use a back brace at night and use a TENZ unit. Keep busy and keep positive. I know it hurts and it sucks to have Fibromyalgia. I continuously try different exercise and and ways to help me. Never give up! Watch what you eat. If I have sugar and caffeine, the next day I am in lots of pain. I heard this is because most of us have leaky gut and do not know it. Check it out. It makes a lot of sense.
