    Basically I don't have any specific problems with my neck, I was more suffering from the low back pain. Regarding the neck, I could make the wrong movement sometimes and it could hurt for a few days. And it was easy to treat with a massage or slight stretching exercises. But with the Gokhale method, I can tell that my posture and position of the neck got better and I feel now more confident while walking or talking to people.

    Due to CFS I have to rest a lot. Over the years, I have had lower back pain and now, probably due to bad posture, I am starting to notice neck pain and stiffness. I also have knee pain. I am looking to correct my posture and learn how to get healthy just through improving my every day movements.

    10 years ago, did some misguided experiments with backstroke and triggered some neck muscles. Since then, my neck will tighten up if I have been working at the computer too long, if I'm dehydrated, especially stressed, or especially tired. Remembering to relax my neck, adjusting my head and neck posture, or sleeping it off works best to reset.

    the work I did with Gokhake Method was the most impactful of all the things I have tried. Massage, yoga and stretching would relieve some pain (and exacerbate sometimes other). But Esther's class has really take the pain level down to a very mild place and I feel I am still unwinding years of next, shoulder, back and hip pain through the posture changes she has taught
