What most helped me is wearing almost all day long a small weight on my head to naturally correct posture (see gokhale method, gokhale head cushion) and getting my upper body much stronger (calisthenics). I also now totally avoid the sitting position, and only work standing on computer. I also tested a ton of different ergonomic pillows to find a good sleeping position. Eventually I sleep with almost no pillow (a very thin one).

I not only have Fibromyalgia. I found out that I had cancer on my neck had treatment it's gone. I just found a Dr.that was going to try to fix my back. Of course at the same time the cancer was stage 4 so by the time I fought the cancer and was ready to talk to the nerosugeren. I guess I had to hear what I already knew. I cannot have any surgery at all. If I do the chance of my cancer comming back is pretty good. I mean the Dr.s never found out where the cancer started. I have anxiety and panic attacks so bad. I was able to maintain pretty good with my Xanax, and making sure I went place's during the slower times of day. My Dr. felt like I had been taking them to long. They started changing my meds. She started me back on medication that didn't work all the other times I tried over the last ten or twenty years. It takes me 2 to 3 hours to buy groceries and so nobody will take me to the store. I have to make sure that I get everything to last us close to a month. I have to start making a list a week after I went shopping. But do you think that anyone helps or tries to understand my situation. Well that would take to much time. So about the time I start on my next list they all try to make sure they don't come in the same room with me. Wow I can't believe that I unloaded on whoever reads this.
