Knee Osteoarthritis Exercise: Seated Leg Raise With Chair or Exercise Ball
The seated leg raise exercise helps strengthen muscles around your knees.
1. Sit on a chair (or exercise ball) with both legs bent at 90°.
2. Slowly raise your right leg so that it's parallel to the floor, keeping your left foot on the ground.
3. Hold for a few seconds, then slowly bring the right foot back to the floor, and repeat on left leg.
4. Repeat 5 - 10 times per leg
