Knee Osteoarthritis Exercise: Calf Stretch
1. This gentle calf stretch increases flexibility in your leg muscles and knee joints.
2. Bring your right foot 30 centimeters in front of your left foot.
3. Bend your right leg, make sure your knee doesn't go past your toes.
4. Keep your left leg straight, press your left heel toward the ground to stretch the calf of your back leg.
5.Hold for some seconds. Repeat on opposite leg. Repeat 5 - 10 times per leg.
