My knees are stiff all the time I'm in physical therapy right now trying to strengthen my muscles following knee surgery on my left knee in August I'm having a hard time I had knee surgery on my right knee in 2016 took almost I year before my knee felt better the damage in my right knee was very bad known as runners knee I was told that my knee would most likely never approved but it did physical therapy is awesome I'm bone on bone I was told I need knee replacement one day I chose to do arthroscopic knee surgery it help me a lot I'm not taking pain meds anymore I started taking turmeric..osteo Bi-Flex magnesium. Calcium . vitamin c vitamin D ..my doctor gave me celecoxb it helps me a lot having arthritis sucks
