I just had stem cells injected in my knee about 5 weeks ago. My pain has went from a 9/10 most days down to a 2/10 on my worst day. The recovery time is slow and I just walked my first 5k since having them injected- I was able to complete only 2.5 miles of it before my knee really started to ache, but even then the pain was a 3/10
