I can't do what I would like too. I teach karate at the karate school I share with my husband and I do what I can, but I can't train like I should be able too, like I used too. I can't do steps, I can't ride a bike, and I can't keep up with my husbsnd. My knees wear out and I have to sit they get too painful. Bi couldn't play basket ball with my grandaughter, because I couldn't move quickly and run down the court. It makes me really sad that I can't be physically active like I want to be because of my knee issues. Other than my knees, I am in excellent health, but I feel that I am going to get old fast, because of my limited abilities.
