It's tough to make it to the bathroom first thing in the morning. Knee doesn't want weight put on it. Standing or sitting for an hours makes it difficult to do the opposite movement. I try to walk 3 times a week and ride my adult tricycle a couple of times a week. I am getting ready to start water aerobics for the summer and am joining a cycling class that's held once a week. I am allergic to aspirin and ibuprofen my only choices are Tylenol. I had stem cell therapy done about one year ago and it helped but not enough.
