I'm 81 YO. Have OA in both hands (fingers), left wrist and maybe both knees. I would say my status is somewhat past moderate in the fingers and hands with

the left wrist quite a bit worse. I have had knee problems for years, I was a 135 lb. linebacker in high school, and both knees took a beating. They are starting to hurt more, and may be the onset of OA. I have tried a lot of things to ease the nagging pains, none work real well. So OTC pain killers have worked the best. I may try medical pot next.
