Treatment Ratings

    Improved
NSAIDs - Anti Inflammatory drugs, TENS/Electrical Stimulation, Supplements, Gabapentin, Swimming, Supportive Shoes, Ice
    Not Improved
Support brace, Glucosamine and Chondroitin Sulfate
    Worsened

Both knees are painful. Rigjt knee has a deramgement and left knee injured by favoring right knee. NSAIDS help but hurt my stomach. Tramadol helps. TENS unit is cheap OTC so not sure if that is why it doesnt help.
