I have been diagnosed with Chronic Epstein Barr, osteoarthritis and Fibromyalgia. The arthritis is severe in but I no longer have any cartlidge in my knees or hips.. I walk in a heated pool which allows me to get some exercise. I was getting Orthovisc shots in my knees yearly and it worked really well. I started at 6 month intervals and then worked my way up to yearly. I have Kaiser which does not cover this treatment. Prednisone worked good for inflammation but I can't take it anymore due to a heart condition. Would like to try stem cell therapy.
