I had two arthroscopy done (one in each knee) and I fell twice and torn the operation again. I have no minucus or cartlige. I have bone with bone. It hurts if I walk a lot. Doctors say they are afraid that I might lost my balance and fall and then my knees are no good. They wanted to do a knee replacement on my right knee but since I have lost 80 pounds I feel a little better, but I can not walk a lot, fast, jump or run. I'm a teacher and this is very depressing for me. I drink medicine use cremes and use knee braces, canesand a walker. But I want to be normal again and do the things I use to do since I was a very active person. Thank you.
