Osteoporosis for 20 years. Had Arthoscoptic surgury in 2001. Was told knee was "frozen" as not a lot of movement. It's been going bad for years. Was doing Zumba, just before other knee was replaced in 2010. Had right hip replaced in May 2016, and now left knee is making grinding noises and I can not walk up stairs well. See Dr.next Thursday at home.
